After wear, wipe with a soft jewellery cloth to remove oils and moisture from the surface.
Ultrasonic cleaners are safe to use on solid platinum, 14k or 18k gold jewellery. It is generally not advised to put jewellery with precious gemstones, except diamond, into the ultrasonic cleaner.
Your sterling silver jewellery piece will be delivered in our cream or pink coloured Soleil branded jewellery box.
Solid gold items will be delivered in a plush velvet box.
All jewellery pieces come with a complimentary jewellery polishing cloth.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW, Australia, and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will be included in the next business day's dispatch schedule. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and processed. Once dispatched, your parcel will be sent with your choice of standard or express shipping carrier.

We want you to love your Soleil purchase, however if you have changed your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not accept returns.

If the replacement item value is less than the initial purchase, the remainder will be returned as Store Credit. There are no refunds.
